Andrew J. Lee is a multi-faceted filmmaker whose filmography has garnered the attention of the southeast film industry. His short film, A Sparrow Cries At Night (2022, Writer/Director), not only held a sold out 300+ seat Atlanta Premiere, but has also received a Special Jury Award from the 2022 Rome International Film Festival.

His appreciation for and desire to create live action narratives is tempered by a love affair with the creative expressions only possible with anime. He aims to test and push the limitations of live action film through fierce experimentation, undying curiosity, and an open mind towards progressive filmmaking techniques.

In 2019, Andrew founded his production company Eboshi Platinum in order to support himself and other filmmakers break ground in today’s content consuming market.
